Order a service

Pick a plan, pay its first invoice, and the service appears in your Portal.

Before your first order #

You need two things on your account. You are asked for them at the right moment, so there is nothing to prepare:

  • A confirmed email address. See Create an account.
  • Billing details. Your name and address, and your agreement to the Terms of Service. You enter these once.

Place the order #

  1. Open Plans and pricing and choose the kind of hosting you want.
  2. Press Order on a plan.
  3. You are taken to the invoice for the first month. For a VPS, first choose its operating system and its location. A location that is sold out for that plan cannot be picked.
  4. Choose how to pay and follow the steps.

If you have a promo code, enter it on the payment page before you choose how to pay. The page shows the new total first.

After you pay #

Your service shows under Services in the Portal.

  • Image hosting is ready straight away.
  • Other services are set up by us. You get an email when yours is ready, and its details then appear on the service's page.

Tip

Give a service a name of your own on its page. It makes them easier to tell apart once you have a few.

Cancelling #

You can cancel a service from its page at any time. It keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed.
