Which languages can my Discord bot use?

Node.js 24 and Python 3.13 are supported out of the box. Need something else? Ask.

How quickly is my bot hosting ready?

We set up each service ourselves, within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, and let you know as soon as it is ready.

How do I pay?

By card. You choose how to pay each time you pay an invoice.

Do you charge my card automatically?

Only if you ask us to. By default, about a week before your service runs out we issue an invoice and you pay it whichever way you like. If you tick "Pay automatically" when you pay by card, each month is charged to that card instead, until you turn it off on the service's page.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?

You can cancel from your dashboard at any time and the service runs until the end of the period you paid for. For an upgrade or downgrade, get in touch and we will help you move.
